WHO WE ARE
The Sisterhood of Temple Avodat Shalom strives to unite the women of our temple community through spirituality, education, fundraising, social events, community service and support of Reform Judaism. We are a diverse group of women who draw strength from each other in our commitment toward Jewish ideals.
HOW WE SERVE OUR COMMUNITY
As a Sisterhood, we strive to unite the women of our temple community through spirituality, fundraising, social events, community service, and support of Reform Judaism. In addition, we provide Shiva and Simcha meals and support our youth with scholarships for Jewish camps and experiences. Our Sisterhood is a diverse group of women who draw strength from each other in our commitment to Jewish ideals. Through our involvement in Temple Avodat Shalom Sisterhood, we strengthen connections to our Jewish heritage and pass our commitment to Reform Judaism from generation to generation.
We welcome all Temple Avodat Shalom women to join the Sisterhood and find out what we are all about! Your ideas and opinions are important to us.
