Young Families

We make being Jewish fun for the whole family. We welcome Temple Avodat Shalom members and non-members looking to participate in fun activities with other Jewish families. Young Families events are generally targeted at families with children in grade 4 and younger. 

Kid and parent activities

We plan social events like bowling and Havdalah game nights as well as monthly first Friday Shabbat family service. You will also find us at synagogue events that are perfect for young families. Through these activities, the children and adults become friends and TAS becomes home.
